By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the Code of Professional Conduct
REGISTRATION FEE (required) includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), Meeting App, Program Pdf, Attendee List, Friday and Saturday Breakfasts and Lunches, and Friday Evening Reception.

Pre-registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail the registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to (941) 923-4093.
Consent to Use Photographic Images Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and the association’s website for an indefinite period.
Americans with Disabilities Act: The AAA intends to comply fully with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Any members planning to attend this meeting who have special needs, as covered by the ADA, are requested to notify Jennifer Tucker jennifer.tucker@aaahq.org to facilitate identification and accommodation of these needs by the Association.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to Info@aaahq.org. Cancellation requests received after February 25, 2026 will incur a $50.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after March 11, 2026.
