Registration/Hotel Information
Up to 20 accepted student participants will have all meeting fees waived (inclusive of the 2026 Joint Midyear Meeting of the AIS and Section fee). The AIS will cover lodging at the conference hotel for one night at the rate of $144 per night plus taxes and fees for the any student who gets accepted to the Consortium. Faculty attending will not get a free room. Hotel accommodations will be reimbursed AFTER the meeting, provided that the student attends the full consortium and Midyear Meeting. Note: All names of the individuals who stayed in the room need to be on the room folio for reimbursement. If you share a room, each student will receive one night at the rate of $144 per night plus taxes and fees.
Consortium attendees should make their reservations directly with the hotel and will need to provide a credit card number to the hotel. The deadline for hotel reservations is January 14, 2026 but we cannot guarantee that additional rooms will be available once our block of rooms is sold out, even if the block is sold out before the deadline.
After the application deadline, Consortium Chair will review those who applied and will notify the 30 accepted participants about their participation.
