REGISTRATION FEE (required) includes conference registration, name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program in pdf format, list of participants, CPE credit, Thursday and Friday Reception and Breakfast and Lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Preregister - Mail/Fax
Preregistrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 11161 E. State Rd 70 Suite 110-519 Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.
Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to Info@aaahq.org. Cancellation request received after December 15, 2025, will incur a $25.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 26, 2026, or for no-shows.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
