Kim B. Clark is a distinguished scholar and leadership thinker whose career spans some of the world’s most respected educational institutions. He served as dean of the faculty at Harvard Business School from 1995 to 2005 and later as the fifteenth president of Brigham Young University–Idaho from 2005 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, he was Commissioner of the Church Educational System for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing a global network of schools, universities, and institutes of religion.
Today, Kim is founder and chair of the Leading Through Institute and a Distinguished Professor of Management at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where his work focuses on helping leaders and organizations thrive in an era of rapid change.
He is co-author of Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart, and Mind of Leadership (Harvard Business Review Press).
Kim earned his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University.
Jeff Wilks is Associate Dean of Academics and the EY Distinguished Professor of Accounting at the BYU Marriott School of Business. A leading expert in financial reporting and revenue recognition, he has advised both the FASB and IASB and contributed to the development of major accounting standards.
Since joining BYU in 2000, Wilks has earned multiple teaching awards and previously directed the School of Accountancy. He is widely recognized for combining rigorous scholarship with practical industry insight and a strong commitment to ethical, student-centered business education.

Kaiser Kim Kaiser Kim, CPA, is a Product Manager in the Audit Technology practice holding both a bachelor' s and master's degree in accounting from the University of Kansas. Kaiser specializes in developing and deploying solutions that leverage generative artificial intelligence. Some recent projects include the development of an AI agent platform designed to perform substantive testing and financial statement procedures. Prior to joining audit technology, Kaiser served audit clients primarily in the technology, media, and telecommunications industries.
